Composition and Action Robin Bake improver is based on modern preservatives that provide reliable protection:

  • Sodium diacetate—actively combats bacterial microflora (such as potato bacillus) and also acts as an acidity regulator, lowering the pH of the environment and enhancing the effectiveness of preservatives.
